Exercising is good for muscle tone and respiration. Neigong or Internal Exercising can enhance the health of bones, connecting tissues and internal organs. Learning something different is good for your brain. This is the studio of Sifu Terry Farrell devotee of Taiji for more than 40 years.
Due to the pandemic, classes are currently being conducted outside in various locations. We hope to return to our indoor location by winter.
