A short set consisiting of 5 movements perfect for those living in small spaces and with limited time to practice. Basic Chi Kung practice is applied to this Tai Chi Short Form.

Iron Shirt/ Tendon Chi Kung

Breathing techniques combined with postures that demonstrate structure and form. Excellent for rooting practice and regaining tendon elasticity.

Tai Chi Long Form

This traditional form consists of 108 movements and is the ultimate 20-minute workout.

Lok Hup Ba Fa

Also known as Liu He Ba Fa this highly internal art is for students who have already developed some degree of internal movement through Tai Chi.

Laughing Chi Kung

Laughing causes the body to express endorphines which is a natural pain killer and makes us feel good.
